I was born on July 26, 1951. After 3 years of studies in the Art schools of Valenciennes and Cambrai, I started to expose in Lille, Arras and Paris.
I definite like a « maker of images ». My working method varies according to the subject or the inspiration. A certain times, I feel very near to the expressionists in my manner of projecting images, gestural and instinctive. At other moments, rational construction is essential on me, like a kind of mental discipline. I find beauty and pleasure there.
Thus I would qualify my aesthetic approach, without forgetting a possible influence of surrealism and baroque.
I practise the following techniques : drawing, painting, photo, photomontage. I also build decorations for the spectacle.
